Information for patients ☎️ If you require a ring back from a Doctor or Pharmacists please ring daily from 8.30am, these lists fill up quickly so advisable to ring early, if a GP needs to see you in the surgery they will give you instructions on what to do. During the lunctime period we do operate an emergency line, please only use this method if you have a medical emergency. ☎️ If you need to order a prescription, we ask that you phone it through and press option 2. We will not accept any other requests via this method. Please do not ring and speak to a receptionist to order your prescription as our lines are extremely busy. You can also post your request through our letterbox or via royal mail. ☎️ If you require any type of results please leave your call until late morning or afternoon, this will hopefully help to free up the phone lines first thing in the mornings. ☎️ If you require a nurses appointment for any reason again we ask you to ring late morning or afternoon to book in. 😷 Please wear a face mask if you are coming to the surgery. If you have an appointment made, use the buzzer at the door to advise reception that you are waiting, then you can wait in your car until called or at the surgery door. 😷 Please do not come to the surgery if you have ANY covid symptoms, you will be asked at the door before you are allowed into the surgery. This is to protect our staff and patients, we appreciate your cooperation with this. 📝 All prescriptions are to be collected at either Johnstons or Sterlings chemist and not at the surgery. If you require your prescription to be posted to your home address or another chemist please send in stamped addressed envelopes. The chemists in dromore collect prescriptions twice daily, once before lunch and then again before 5pm.
